Pro Bono Coaching Opportunity

Each year The Willow Group fulfills its mission by providing pro bono coaching to a leader working in a non-profit organization that, due to budget, is unable to pay for coaching or professional development. Interested candidates must be in a formal leadership role and agree to leader coaching during regular business hours. The selected client will receive up to three hours of executive coaching a month (by phone or Skype) for a consecutive six-month period. If assessments are needed, the client will pay for cost of the tool(s). This opportunity is valued at a minimum of $5,000.
