​​The Willow Group provides consulting and assessment of the client's current organization and leadership development programs. Once opportunities are identified, customized curriculum development and instruction can be provided at the client site in ways that best meet all stakeholder needs. The Willow Group takes a multi-level leadership approach to ensure development is applied, cascaded within the organization, and takes root within the organizational culture.

Leadership Coaching

The Willow Group follows evidence-based coaching models which allow the coach to meet the client where they are at and begin the journey with them from there.

The critical question is what is shaping the client's leadership? A client’s history can keep them trapped in their story and focused on the past. The present is where a client often feels stuck between choices, which may be getting in the way of creating a future full of possibilities. The right coaching can help shift a client's trajectory and move them to a place of positive thinking, belief, action and resilience.

Coaching agreements last between 6-12 months with an option to renew. The client objectives are often focused on improving results, developing mastery, and creating possibilities for their future leadership. To best meet client needs, The Willow Group offers the following:

• Application and integration of organizational leadership development aligned with business objectives that meet industry best practices
• The Leadership Circle Profile 360 (per request)
• MBTI assessment, DiSC, Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile, and Strength assessments (per request)

Professional Facilitation

The Willow Group provides expert facilitators who can partner with teams in a neutral manner to facilitate team sessions, high-stake meetings, leadership retreats, and strategic planning sessions. Full and half-day rates are available to best meet the client's needs. Experienced facilitators partner effectively with clients to achieve the following types of results:

Coaching Supervision

Dr. Arnold provides supervision to coaches in private practice and to internal coaches navigating organizational dynamics.

As a graduate of the Coaching Supervision Academy, she partners with practitioners in the following ways:

• Provides a confidential and reflective space to examine their ways of being as a coach.
• Partners with individuals to explore developmental coaching needs.
• Ensures coaches have a space to examine their emotions and reactions as they coach others in complex situations.
• Provides a safe space for practitioners to navigate ethical coaching dilemmas.
• Works with coaches to ensure the quality of their practice is in service to their clients.​

She provides supervision to individuals in 6- or 12-month engagements. She also provides group supervision to coaches who want to explore their practice with peers in a psychologically safe space. Her groups are typically four to five individuals who agree to commit to the collective supervision process.
